In our business, however, the individual at the center of the process is not a predictable product. Consequently, there is nothing we can do to prevent an employer or an employee deciding to terminate a contract during the probation time. If such a situation arises, we react immediately to find a satisfying solution for all parties concerned. The guarantee service is regulated in our General Terms and Conditions as well as in a separate mandate agreement.
